Plum Properties is a family real estate investment company and furnished rental provider of short-term and extended-term stays.

The principals are Ron and Susan West, a husband and wife team with a great deal of experience in real estate and customer service.  Ron has a wide range of experience in the real estate field, having been a real estate broker and investor for 30+ years.  He also has experience as an accountant, home builder, remodeler, and land developer.  Susan has experience in banking and retail, Sales and Marketing for Chick-fil-A restaurants, and has worked as a Chief Information Officer for the State of Kentucky.

We currently focus on helping Sellers by purchasing homes via Lease/Purchase or Owner Financing and helping Buyers get into homes they couldn't otherwise buy.
